I guess it is time for me to mention she CCed me on her second email to support on Oct 20, 2010. Support at Astak got a copy and I got a copy of the same email. Maybe they should check their filters. Just to make sure the don't have her on ignore.

I don't believe Astak support sent her a RMA number at any time.
