They emailed me a shipping label to print, so I did that and took it to FED ex for packaging and shipping, so it's out of here since last night. Now to see how long it will take to get it back. I am confident that is what it was, the unit as it was was not compatible with win 7 64 bit. Sort of was looking at those new readers, LOL, but really could not justify getting a new one at this time either, hardly was using the old one now other than, *it didn't work, so now I want if fixed* so when I do want it. LOL
