I,ve just bought a pocketbook 301+, downloaded a book through adobe reader. When i go to open on my e reader it asks for Adobe activation ID and password. I enter these and it keeps telling me it has failed has anyone else had this problem and how was it solved?
Is there a customer service tel number?
