The Kindle does not have a touch screen although it is pretty fast.

Your posts do not match what you are saying. Today you have posted that Amazon can take books off of your hard drive.

Either you meant remove from your archive and hence your Kindle or you meant that Amazon can skirt your firewall and remove items from your home PC. Given that you used the term "Firewall" in your post I tend to think that you meant the later.

I have difficulty believing that anyone who thinks that a comapny is capable of hacking your home computer to remove a book is going to want to buy that particular comapnies product. You said this in a topic and then started a seperate topic to ask people about it.

Then you post in surprise when people agreed that the Kindle DX was not perfect. And then you start this topic.

Do you see why people have difficulty believing that you would buy a Kindle if it was $100?
