For making "Jack-in-the-Box" style tacos! They are quite literally dripping grease when you eat them... if you can eat them. (One needs a Herculean gall bladder to deal with this! And no taste buds.)

They are (or were, the last time I ate them,) a greasy tortilla filled with a mixture of mystery meat and lard, with a few shards of something that might be lettuce, then the entire thing is lowered into a cauldron of hot fat (but not too hot otherwise the taco would cook instead of just getting coated) then removed and probably not drained before being wrapped in wax paper. It's a Heart Surgeon's dream come true.

Delicious.
