The thing is, most of the p-Books I have actually say in the 'fine' print on the copyright page that I'm not allowed to lend it, MacMillan might have a case. B&N is attempting to increase sales by making the e-Book more like a p-Book, but the publishers just don't get it. They'd rather lose the sale/kill the e-Book market and pretend people aren't lending p-Books.

The dinosaurs failed to adapt... look where it got them.
