Hello, turns out I was mistaken, the G:\eBooks\Kobo\ directory is just for purchased books from the KOBO store, regular books should go into G:\eBooks and cover images into G:\eBooks\.thumbnail.
Sorry for the confusion, I can add this as a ticket if you'd rather.
By the way, image files aren't being put into the .thumbnail as of the 7.26 release - I'm not sure if that is the version in which the fiz was to be included.
