The only store that provides DRM free ebooks that I know of is baen's www.webscription.net, but they mostly have science fiction and fantasy so that's not probably what you're looking for. On the plus side, they don't have geographic restrictions and they do have lots of free ebooks.
If you do find something else, i wold appreciate the link.
