I'm told the Open University's ebooks are going to be available on our OpenLearn open educational resources website (http://www.open.ac.uk/openlearn/) as well as through iTunes U. This is planned to happen by the end of the year.

Note: this is not an official statement by the OU; I just happen to work near someone involved in the project
