Good to have your company, Storm. Have you tried a full overnight AC charge and a hard re-set? You can't rely on a USB charge from a PS or laptop with a Sony and don't go by the over-optimistic battery level meter on your device. I had similar problems with my Sony a couple of years ago, got a mains charger on advice from here, and it's been running like a dream ever since. Good luck and best wishes. Neil
