Have you ever heard someone try to emulate a computer generated voice? We have a fairly concerted phishing attack going on here on the beautiful Sandwich Islands where someone with a 951-231-2064 or 786-587-6357 (both obviously spoofed) phone number calls your cell phone, and while trying to sound like a computer tells you your account will be closed unless you call a mainland US phone number and give away the farm.
Not only is the lady in question a really bad actress, but I don’t even have an account at the bank she said would be closed. I’ve gotten two of them in the last three days!
