In reference to my earlier rant, please let me add that ER nurses have been near and dear to my heart over the past few years. This is our "regular" hospital and our "regular" ER, but this is the first time in years we've had this kind of experience. Generally the staff there bends over backwards to communicate and to make everything better.
I guess that's why I was so upset by the whole experience. Thank you to everybody for the messages of support! She's still sick, but hopefully things will turn around tomorrow...
