From all I read, the ROM "EPAD 256M and 128M 1.9_88 rooted v0.3 WORKING MARKET FROM FLASH" is not Android 2.1.
Is it Android 1.9? with Build number 1.9_88 rooted?
The new ROM as mentioned in your site is Android 1.9 with Build number 2.0_88 and it seems to be better than Android 1.6 (from the picture).
