They might want to start by supporting Mac OS X.
I'm DL'ing the Palm OS files and will try to use them with Internet Sharing via Mark/Space Missing Sync, but who knows if it'll work.
The reason I initially left AG is because the dropped Mac OS X support. It was only then that I decided to move to iSilo (and Turcic.com helped me discover the lovliness that lies within iSilo.)
If AG is interested in gaining marketshare, it doesn't make sense to ignore and alienate the Mac people.
