No geese here, and the coots at the public park are staying right where they are, thank you very much. None of this migrating stuff for them! It looks like the whole family is still here, including the young ones that were born in the spring. Spring, that was so long ago...
Anyway, there was a really fine and sunny and warm early afternoon, and for once I was smart enough to go out while the going was good. Things are looking much darker now
