This information is just plain wrong. Many Kindle books are limited to the number of devices that they can be downloaded to at any given time. You can deregister any of these devices from your Amazon account to get your licenses back and put it on new devices. I have downloaded wirelessly a couple of my Kindle books numerous times without issue.
