@Jon -- Yes, PayPal almost always sides with the buyer.

Dishonesty can go in both directions. I sold an expensive silk scarf on FeeBay ($360), and the buyer returned a different scarf. PayPal sided with the buyer and I was out $360 and a designer scarf.

Back on topic -- I appreciate that BeTePok was honest enough to make good on the transaction, even after PayFoe pulled their nonsense.
