From my experience with the ePad the Maylong shouldn't be any different. The price you pay for the Android OS 1.6 on 800x480 16:9 dual speaker stereo sound, mic, camera/video camera is much more than you get with the high end. I am not sure you get 3G as that is on the ePad. The step up would be Coby KYROS that's heavy because of the glass layer instead of plastic layer you get on ePad and M-150 which is lighter.
