The screen's probably better, for one. And the loop thing that will allow you to hang it on your tool belt.
But it is missing things archos (and probably most generic Android tablets) has: USB host (MSC), bluetooth, video/hdmi output, microphone, webcam. I wonder if they have skimped on video performance also.
