Wikipedia, for most of the USSR's existence as such, they didn't use DST at all.
Yeah, I'm calling UL on this one. (And yes, I know Wikipedia is not 100% reliable. They do pretty well, though.)
A few countries
have tried it, but as far as I can find, the USSR was not one of them.
