oh I absolutely HATE it!!! here shortly it will be dark before 5. this means I either need to feed horses in the dark, quite awkward, or feed them terribly early!

Can anyone recommend, by their experience, any of the dawn/alarm simulators. There seem many products on the market, but with widely differing reviews ....
I don't have any product names, but I have heard that the ones that mimic natural dawn, slowly bringing light up in your room are the best ones for SAD
