Hi sarahw2275,

You can order it to any US address with your foreign credit card. Why you need a virtual credit card. Just add a friend's (living in USA) address in your order, but use the billing address of your credit card. That way amazon accepts the order. I live in New Zealand, and it seems it worked for me.
