How one holds one's Kindle is a personal preference and I am sure it is protected in the Constitution!
As long as it is comfortable for you, I wouldn't worry about being weird or abnormal - who the heck is critiquing it, anyway? (Of course, now that you have "published" your pictures on the internet for all to see.....
