When I commute into London Waterloo station every day, I always love two landmarks - Battersea Power station and then, as you round the corner from Vauxhall to Waterloo, you can see the Houses Of Parliament/Big Ben just the other side of the river from St Thomas's Hospital. I couldn't express why, but I particularly like The Houses of Parliament.
