This is my homemade Moleskine cover. Took a moleskine sketchpad, cut out the notebook, bought some faux suede lining from amazon for £5 and stuck to the inside front, back and spine, cut out the surround for the kindle from the amazon packaging it was shipped in, stuck a hollowed out audio cable around the edges, and finally stuck some hitchhikers guide to the galaxy stickers on the cover. It works perfectly, and with the cable around the edge, the kindle clicks into place and is very secure, and pops out again easily.
