Welcome whoever you want but saying that you are sure someone will be along soon to help is just annoying, redundant and implies that you are arranging for these people to come along and help.
Intentional or not, you give the impression that you are the originator, moderator and overseer of these forums and other than being a friendly sort of gal with way too much time on her hands I don't see that you qualify. Not that I qualify either.

issues much? that is one of the snarkiest most undeserving posts I have ever read. you say you have some maturity, what happened to; "if you can't say something nice, don't say anything at all!"? in this day and age when most folks would just as soon dump on you as help you, you decide to dump on a helper!?
