The commercial e-book has no footnotes, good formatting but too many OCR errors for comfort. So far the MR version seems to have the best quality. The earlier discussion of this book intrigued me and I picked up the MR copy just yesterday. Though I've known of it's existence, I've never considered reading before. We'll see how it goes.
