I don't actually give myself a target, but on an average day when I'm on a roll, I can put out 2000 words in a two hour-ish run. Best result, when I had a day to myself, was about 4800. At the moment it's virtually nil, as I'm busy with other things, and not allowed to write. One of the other things is trying to finish the book our reading circle has chosen.
