I love the Color Nook if for only one thing -- giving lie to the absurd notion that "eInk" and "eReader" are synonymous. I don't plan to get a Nook Color, I didn't think the black and white kindle was worth it at that price either -- worth it FOR ME.

But I read a lot on lcd -- my iPhone first, and now my iPad. The snobbery of the eInk-elitists is SOOO annoying. That someone prefers eInk for themselves, I get that. I respect that.

The inane ramblings about how eInk is for "serious readers" really gets under skin. I admit it.

So, I so enjoy the Color Nook, produced and sold for the main purpose of reading. Not that I needed the validation, but I enjoy the consternation it's giving to the eInkiots.
