I just updated to 3.0.3 preview. As it turns out, it breaks the left-justification preference edit. "Justification: Left, Full" is still there in the menu, but doesn't change anything anymore, everything is full-justified.

It still allows you to edit margins though.

Edit: I am happy to have to apologize for the alarming post: those were only some badly converted files which seem to have forced justification. For most books, the setting still works.
