As I posted in another thread, to me it falls into a no-man's land. It's considerably more expensive than the Kindle (or the nook for that matter), but still a lot less functional than an iPad, especially since you probably can't get outside the reader interface without jailbreaking the device.
Maybe there's a market segment there, maybe not.
