The point made by @Barty is well taken. While I have no intent to use my K3 for anything but text, I suppose there are those who try to make their readers fit magazines and other color materials. (If you have a lawnmower, everything looks like grass.) Since magazine format is not conducive for cramming into a 5" wide display, I would expect that, even given retention of the colors, the photos would lose much of their impact in an artificially reduced size display. I'll continue to use my big 24" computer monitor or hold the pMag in my hands.
