Boards!?!?!? As a menu!?!?!? A board is something you put outside the restaurant to lure people in, and maybe a blackboard inside for today's hot menu.
I really like the idea of an e-ink device as menu! Once (or if) the plastic substrates come out, they'd be perfect for the job, I'd say.
