The KCM is a nice piece of work. My thanks to Adrian.

I do encounter this problem:

- Some books just refuse to go into any collection on my Kindle 3 even though they have been added in KCM and changes committed and rebooted. They remain stubbornly listed separately, after the collection list.

- When such a "problem book" is added to multiple collections, it will fail to show up in any of them.

- The problem seems related to file size:

1) Everything below 2,996 KB is okay - 14 out of 14 files okay

2) Everything above 7,752 KB can't be added - 7 out of 7 files can't be added

3) Of the 10 books between 4,004 KB and 6,229 KB - 6 out of 10 are okay, the other 4 can't be added. There's no clear cutoff point, i.e. the 4,004 KB file can't be added, while the 6,229 KB one is fine.

Any idea why this is happening?
