The US Amazon page just says the title of this free ebook is 'The Heart Foundation Book' and there's no other info, but the cover image is for Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit, and Sexy Until You're 80 and Beyond by Chris Crowley, M.D., Henry S. Lodge which has its own Kindle version (not free).

* Offer available again! I downloaded it and it is the same 'Younger Next Year: Live Strong, Fit, and Sexy Until You're 80 and Beyond' book.
