If price is a factor (you don't say that it is), I recommend that you give consideration to the jetBook Lite. I am very pleased with mine, particularly with its new firmware v16e.
With the JBL, you download the eBooks onto your SD card (like you use with your digital camera) which you insert into the JBL. It's easy.
