Yes, you are. And since you don't trust online services with your data, you can't have a bank since they keep info online. And, of course, you can't pay your bills online. You can't buy anything online because you can't trust anyone with your data. You can't have credit cards since (besides not having a bank) the data is transmitted and stored online. That leaves cash only...no, wait...cash can be counterfeited.

You need to get over your paranoia. The services I linked encrypt your data. Also, you never keep all your eggs in one basket. You have to have more than one back up to ensure your data is safe. Minimum would be one local back up and one offsite back up. Sure, a government could seize online data but lacking that, they would just seize your machines (and probably would anyway).
