MobileRead Forums - View Single Post - Invalid PID when trying to register device with Mobipocket

Hello
I have successfully registered my CyBook with fictionwise, however, when I try to do the same with mobipocket, it keeps giving me the message "invalid number"
Any one know how to fix this, I have emailed Bookeen, and for the first time, they haven't answered me, which is unusual since they usually reply within a couple of hours and its been more than a week now.
