Oh yes, that's a good deal on the Harlequin books.

The charges you are referring to are charged by your bank, not Kobo. It's a percentage of each amount for processing an international order. You can look at one of your previous bills and figure out what the percentage is, then the next time you buy you will know ahead of time what it is. My bank does this too and it's really annoying to see all those little charges when I'm trying to balance my account. It's the only thing I dislike about shopping at Kobo. They've been talking about starting to have gift certificates and I hope they do. That way we would just have one charge at the time we buy the certificate.
