Anyway... I would say rather than reading all the back messages you might want to start on the Wiki. The info there is more in narative form than thread form.

That said, you should probably look at all the sticky threads here.

Also, don't expect PDF's formated for 8.5x11 paper to be anywhere near readable on your Sony!
