I just used this to buy The Finkler Question. It popped at me on the front page and, surprisingly, the price was not utterly outrageous. It looks like the promo code worked, so I paid $8.39, that's not too bad. I read the first page on Amazon before buying and the book looks good. Plus of course it got the Booker prize, that's how I read about it in the first place.
