I get those when I'm severely sleep deprived, which hasn't happened in several years. It used to happen like clockwork every 21 days when I worked at a plant where the shifts rotated every week. One week out of three, we would get off work Friday night at midnight and come back in Sunday night at 11 PM. By 7 AM Monday morning I would be hearing all kinds of weird things.
I start seeing things when I'm sleep deprived. no shit saw a marching band at 2 in the morning in the middle of a remote highway in Wyoming. I'd been up for about 36 hours
