The Kindle has twice the battery life and a sharper display. The Kindle also has the following features that the Kobo does not have:
- web browser (Wikipedia, email, etc)
- MP3 player (audiobooks, music)
- image viewer
- speaker
- text 2 speech (turns text into speech)
