Probably not the correct thread to ask but since you mentioned it:

There is no hack or method of rolling back a firmware update? Merely placing an older version in the root and running the "update" menu item won't do it? Is there some key or field in the update-bin file that could be edited to allow it?

I'm relatively new to the k3 and did upgrade from 3.0.1 to 3.0.2

3.0.2 which are mentioned is curiously missing from the trenches, yet 3.0.3 is still considered beta.
