If it is against their rules of employment, regardless of how stupid we may think they are, they have every right to fire him. Unless, of course, the rules are illegal.
He's been working for Fox AND NPR for years, now he's working for Fox. I hear he'll be filling in for O'reily (sp?) on Friday nights.
