Amazon CS is pretty unhelpful.
When I first got my Kindle It was lasting like 8 hours with 3g off because of Index error, they told me it should last 3 weeks (yarite more like 60 hours of on time at best), and that I should give it time charging a few days because it was still a new kindle...
Right. I had to read forums to figure out what was going on. Annoying.
