Total US Military personnel, including coast guard, national guard and reserves: about 2.3 million.
Total US population of military age (say 18-45): about 55 million. Even removing women (can't serve in all areas of the military) and gays (aren't allowed to serve), that must be well over 20 million.
He's just called the vast majority of the American population un-American.
