Very true.
I've used Sony Ericsson phones (all good, solid, reliable), cameras (currently with a Sony Alpha DSLR), NetMD players (which were the best music players I've ever owned), CD players, amplifiers and the best of all their products - the WM-D6C pro-walkman. As they've been so solid, customer services have never been needed.
