There's truly nothing to be gained with a higher-quality cable for a digital signal - either the 1's and 0's arrive or they don't, are corrupted or they aren't.

I buy either from Monoprice.com as mentioned above or direct from China.

Shipping is usually included in the direct-from-China vendors so a USB cable will only cost you $4. I had one of these shipped to Canada without any problems:
