Yep. I'm one of those audiophile wannabes who bought into the "ultra high end" cable thing (not Monster.) Spent a lot of money (for me) on after-market power cables, headphone cables, interconnects, etc., only to find that apparently I have a tin ear - I can't tell the difference!! I've learned my lesson and won't do that any more. Even if the after-market "high-end" cables are prettier.
